We accept refund requests only for defective or damaged products within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following terms and conditions:
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

The initial shipping fee is non-refundable:

$40 for international shipping

$30 for domestic shipping

All orders include shipping insurance, protecting against lost or damaged packages during transit.
Refund & Return Deadlines

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 5 days.

Refunds will be processed within 20 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.
Conditions for Refund or Repair

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

All components and accessories must be included.

Incomplete returns or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.
Exclusions
Refunds or repairs will not be granted in cases of:

User-inflicted damage, misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications.

Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if replacement stock is available. Otherwise, a refund or repair will be offered.
Warranty
First 6 Months:

Full warranty coverage for replacements at no additional cost.

Covers up to 6 replacement parts in case of product defects.
After 6 Months:

Warranty coverage ends.

For defective units after this period, a new product purchase will be required.

These products are custom-made and do not follow standard 14-day return policies. Please ensure all conditions above are met for a smooth and efficient refund or repair process.
