Refund Request Form
We’re truly sorry that your experience wasn’t what you hoped for.
Every product we ship is made with care and tested with attention — and it’s disheartening for us, as it surely is for you, when things don’t go as expected.
While we understand that sometimes a refund feels like the best option, we want to remind you that all our products come with a
6-month warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects completely free of charge. Many issues can be resolved quickly through our warranty — without the wait and cost of a return.
Still, if you'd prefer to continue with a refund, here are the terms:
Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable:
• $40 for international shipping -
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
Refund & Return Deadlines

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 5 days.

Refunds will be processed within 20 business days after the product arrives and passes inspection at our facility in Orlando, Florida (USA).
What We Require

You must upload photos and/or videos clearly showing the condition of the product.

This helps us better understand the issue and prevent similar cases in the future.
Important Note
Submitting a refund request implies agreement with all policies above.
Any attempt of fraud or failure to meet these conditions will result in the loss of the refund eligibility.
However, you will still retain full access to our lifetime support — because even if your journey with us pauses here, we’re still here for you.
